Do you turn around?

As you can see, this is still a problem for me.

Here's the layout, urinal on the right, stalls on the left.

You walk in and you see someone at the urinal, so you make the left turn to the stalls, right when you're turning the person flushes. Do you make a u-turn and go to the urinal, or do you keep on going to the stalls even though the urnial is now vacant?

Air Fresheners

So recently they changed the air fresheners in the restroom and I'm not sure what to do. We have Lysol cans on the floor near the toilets and I'm afraid to use them. If I use them as I need it, how do I know the previous person's hands were clean? I didn't like the smell of the previous air freshener, but now I have to touch the can in order to clear the stank. I think we should hire a paper towel/faucet turner/lysol sprayer guy to stand by the door like they have at clubs.
